6 Visits per year. Welcome to the neighborhood. Let us stop by every other month to take care of the basics. No call out fee means that we are always just a phone call away. Happy to stop by anytime in between scheduled visits for a quick fix or to schedule additional services.
12 Visits Per Year. 3-4 Tasks Per Visit. Our most comprehensive plan makes sure that we have time for both your basic maintenance and those nagging projects. Rest assured knowing we are right around the corner should anything else come up throughout the month. Both our plans offer discounts for additional services.
