Optional project work is available when needed, but the foundation of House Hero is proactive, ongoing care.

Do I need to be home during visits?
You’ll need to be home for the initial consultation and walkthrough.For ongoing maintenance visits, many members choose to provide secure access (such as keypad entry). If you’re comfortable with that arrangement, we can complete scheduled maintenance while you’re away.
What if something larger is discovered?
If we identify an issue beyond routine maintenance, we’ll explain it clearly and outline your options. For specialized repairs, we can recommend or coordinate with trusted local professionals.How is this different from hiring contractors as needed?
Contractors are typically called when something breaks and are often focused on one specific trade.House Hero provides ongoing oversight across multiple core systems in your home. We maintain heating and cooling components, filtration, plumbing fixtures, ventilation, safety systems, and exterior elements as part of one structured plan.
Because we operate on a membership model, there is no call-out fee for scheduled visits. You know when we’re coming, and your home is maintained consistently throughout the year.
We’re also able to handle many smaller maintenance items that may not warrant a specialty contractor visit but still matter to the overall health of your home.
What does my membership include?
